Meet Nicole Fairley –
Owner & Creator

Nicole’s love for florals started early—sketching flowers as a child, tending her own garden as a mom, and always finding joy in decorating for special occasions. In 2022, she began offering seasonal decor installations for her community and a local restaurant. That work led her to discover the beauty and versatility of high-quality silk florals, inspiring her to launch Petal & Pose Co.

Today, Nicole blends her creative eye with meticulous attention to detail to create show-stopping flower walls and décor that feel both luxurious and trend-forward. Whether she’s styling a wedding backdrop or decking a storefront in seasonal blooms, Nicole’s mission is simple: to bring a little more beauty into the world—one petal at a time.
